Your insurance provider sets this rate, over which I have no control. It may be a set copay, a coinsurance percentage, or you may still be working on an unmet deductible. Please contact your insurance provider for this information.

Yes, I do. If you do not wish to use your insurance, if I don’t accept your insurance, or you would like to pay cash for any other reason, my rates are as follows:

Intake: $200 (one time)

Session: $150

Consultation: $175 (cash pay only)

Because I operate as a contractual therapist under Great Lakes Psychology Group, they handle all of my billing. You will receive email communication about your bill after each session. You also have the option to leave a card on file. You may call 800-693-1916 any time and speak to the billing department.

Consultations are paid directly to me via Ivy Pay.

I do not have a sliding scale for new clients.

No! I do not charge for late or cancelled sessions, unless your lateness or absence becomes a frequent habit.

I do charge a $50 fee for no shows, meaning you did not appear for your appointment nor did you make me aware that you would not be able to make it.

All late/cancellation/no show fees are subject to my discretion, and are paid directly to me via Ivy Pay.
